Ghost Label Return & Refund Policy

At Ghost Label, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you must contact us and request a return within 72 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• In its original condition with all tags and original packaging.
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Ghost Label reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
